Due to the huge population of China, every summer holiday, it will very hard to get any single train ticket. Due to this situation our company will put all our effort to get the train ticket for our clients based on the available of the ticket, but we cannot promise to get the ticket according to your requested. Beside that it also due to New Chinese Government Policy for 2008 Summer Holidays: Domestic train ticket, you only allow to buy (disallow to book) the ticket 4 day early from your travel date. International train ticket, you only allow to buy (disallow to book) between 40 days from your travel date.
Let say, your ticket requested to our company is on July 22, in case if on July 22, the tickets was unavailable, we will buy your ticket on July 23 or others day which have any ticket available. For international train: the seat ticket available may be sleeper ticket, soft sleeper, or deluxe sleeper. For local train ticket: the seat ticket available may be hard seat, soft seat, hard sleeper, or soft sleeper. Please understand it and cooperate with us, if your ticket does not match to your need and want, our company would like to apologize for our service. Thank You, and Have a safe travel.
